How long does it take to get my items?
Purchases done on the Pixel Cafe Web Store (http://buy.pixelcafe.eu) can sometime take up to 30 minutes before they are applied on the server. You do need to be online & relogging can be very helpful if you have not yet received anything.

Can I use my country’s currency to make a purchase?
Yes! We accept most world currencies. PayPal will automatically do any currency exchanges during the payment process.

My child has made a payment on your store without my consent.
We are very understanding of these kinds of situations. Please contact us through our support email (support@pixelcafe.eu) and we will gladly attempt to resolve this with you in a timely manner.

Can I transfer my items to a different account?
For the moment being, we are not offering transfer services to prevent abuses and other security reasons. Please understand that anything you purchase on our webstore will be for the player it is purchased for, and for them only.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Our payment gateway is PayPal PayPal will allow you to purchase using either a PayPal account or by paying as a guest. You can pay using a credit card, or a bank account. A PayPal account is not required.

Can i get a refund on something i bought in the store?
No, we have a zero refund policy!

I bought something in the store, where is it?
If you lost an item, send an email to support@pixelcafe.eu and include your transaction ID received in your mail. Please dont spam staff members in game, as they have no insights on your personal information.
